Jon R. Giraudo joined Hall, Rustom & Fritz LLC as an associate attorney in April, 2019 where he concentrates on issues related to Criminal Law, DUI/DWI/OWI, Traffic Law, Driver’s License & FOID Card Reinstatements, Criminal Record Expungements, Real Estate Law, Business & Commercial Law, Estate Planning, Landlord, Tenant & Evictions, and Personal Injury Law.
Mr. Giraudo graduated from the Southern Illinois University School of Law in December, 2009. He has practiced law since 2010, concentrating primarily in the area of Criminal Law. Jon began working as an Assistant State’s Attorney upon graduating law school. Rising quickly as a talented prosecutor, he gained experience prosecuting several types of criminal cases during his tenure as a prosecutor, including traffic cases, misdemeanors and felonies. Jon previously served as supervisor of misdemeanor court, has handled charging decisions and responsibilities, and conducted several jury trials, including trials for murder.
Mr. Giraudo and his wife, Kelly (an attorney with Butler, Giraudo & Meister LLC in Morton, IL), live with their two sons in Pekin, IL.
