Jeffrey R. Hall has practiced law since 2004, concentrating in the area of Criminal Law, working as an Assistant State's Attorney in Tazewell County. Prior to that service, Mr. Hall worked as an intern/clerk at the venerable law firm of Miller, Hall & Triggs where he handled matters in Real Estate and Business. As an Assistant State's Attorney, Mr. Hall prosecuted in the traffic and misdemeanor divisions, as well as the Felony Traffic Division.

Mr. Hall gained experience as a gifted trial attorney winning most of his trials he took before a judge or jury. Mr. Hall also concentrates his practice primarily in areas of Criminal Law, DUI/DWI/Traffic law, Driver's License Reinstatements, in addition to Business Law, Estate Planning, and Family Law, dealing with divorce, child custody related matters, as well as visitation issues. Mr. Hall has successfully represented various liquor license holders in the Greater Peoria Area in front of the local Peoria Liquor Commission and State Liquor Commission in addition to successfully representing various business interests in front of the Peoria & Tazewell County Boards.

Mr. Hall attended Florida State University and Illinois State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2002. He then attended the Southern Illinois University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2004.

Mr. Hall is a former Peoria County Bar Association Traffic Law Committee Chairman and Vice-Chair of the traffic law committee, that spearheaded the re-write of local court rules in Peoria County in 2011.
